A Different Approach to Therapy
Instead of only talking about problems, our approach focuses on helping clients build skills and patterns they can carry into everyday life.
Notice
Learn to slow down and better understand thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
Create Space
Develop flexibility with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than getting completely pulled around by them.
